General objectives

Stimulate the capacities related to the psychomotor development of children, such as body awareness, balance, acquisition of the notion of space and stimulate coordination at the motor level. Through this stimulation, it is also possible to promote greater growth in children who begin to practice physical education at an early age.
Through the promotion of physical activities, awareness is created in the individual about the importance of maintaining an adequate state of health and the care that the body requires to develop in an integral way.
Another important objective of the practice of physical exercise is that through it, social and sports activities are promoted
facilitating spaces for coexistence and interpersonal cooperation. Through this practice we encourage  values such as tolerance, respect, equality, teamwork and cooperation, which are vital for adult life and the development of health through physical activity.
